MINNEAPOLIS, MN. (THECOUNT) — A frantic rescue is underway following a trench collapse at a construction site in downtown Minneapolis Monday morning.
The collapse occurred on the 200 block of Park Avenue in Minneapolis.
The Minneapolis Fire Department and the St. Paul Fire Department are on the scene, reports FOX9.
