WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Beaverton, Oregon woman, Elianna Aguilar-Aguilar, was charged in what deputies are calling the “weirdest DUII arrest of the weekend.”
Deputies say, Aguilar-Aguilar, 23, rolled through a Taco Bell drive-thru around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, reached through the open window and shared alcohol with an employee taking her order.
In line behind the 23-year-old was a police officer.
Aguilar-Aguilar was arrested and booked into jail on DUII charges. Deputies say she had a .12 BAC, reports Live5News.
The incident occurred at a Taco Bell on SW 185th and Walker Road in Beaverton, Oregon.
No word on if the suspect was allowed to eat her Chalupa.
