CHARLESTON, SC. (THECOUNT) — Chris Frazier, of Awendaw, South Carolina, has been identified as the suspect ticketed after sharks were found branded with a logo off the South Carolina coast, according to reports.
Frazier, 56, was given a ticket after being caught branding the sharks and then photographing them.
Photos showed a shark branded with some type of logo.
