LANCASTER, PA. (THECOUNT) — Benjamin Omar Ramos has been identified as the teenage victim fatally stabbed in Lancaster, PA, on Wednesday night, according to Lancaster authorities.

Ramos, 16, was found suffering from at least one stab wound while in the 900 block of Fremont Street, in Lancaster after 9:00 p.m., according to reports.

Police responded to the area of Fremont Street, near Brandon Park, on a call of a man down. Upon arrival, Ramos was found suffering from a stab wound to the torso, reports Local21News.

The teen was pronounced dead of a stab wound.

No suspect or motive information was provided by police.

The incident remains under investigation.
