LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) — An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued for Tanisha Foster, the baby mama of late rapper Nipsey Hussle‘s daughter.
Foster is in the midst of a custody battle with the rapper’s sister Samantha Smith.

Foster, the mother of the late rapper’s daughter, Emani Asghedom, missed her May 15 court date for a DUI case she caught in Los Angeles a couple of years ago. At the time, Foster pleaded no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to three years of probation, reports XXLMag.
After Foster missed the aforementioned court date, her probation was apparently revoked, and a bench warrant for her arrest was reportedly issued.
This arrest warrant and the DUI case it stems from aren’t Foster’s first time having issues with the law.
