CHINA. (THECOUNT) — A shocking video shows the unbelievable moment a Chinese woman was severely injured after attempting to eat a live octopus on social media.
The octopus reacted to the woman’s bite by attaching itself to her face, sucking so hard, she could not remove it.
The woman can be seen screaming in pain as she tried to remove the sea creature’s tentacles from her facial skin.
The woman, named “seaside girl Little Seven,” was posting the video on social media website Kuaishou, according to the TheEpochTimes.
At the start of the video, the mollusk was stuck to her face but she didn’t appear to be afraid of it. However, when she tried to remove one of the tentacles, she realized it wouldn’t release its grip.
In the video, she is seen crying and becoming hysterical.
“I can’t remove it,” the woman is heard saying in Chinese.
