FAIRFIELD, CA. (THECOUNT) — The Fairfield Fire Department took to Twitter to announced a major injury on Highway 12 in Fairfield, California Wednesday.
Officials are asking people to avoid the area following a major injury crash on Highway 12 & Beck Avenue in Fairfield.

The Fairfield Fire Department is calling the crash a “mass casualty incident” and are asking drivers to avoid the area, reports KRON.
Caltrans has issued a sigalert for the area and the CHP is saying all eastbound lanes are blocked on Highway 12.
