CARLTON TOWNSHIP, MI. (THECOUNT) — James Flynn, of Freeport, Michigan, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Lake Odessa Monday afternoon.
Flynn, 32, was operating a pickup truck traveling on Usborne Road in Carlton Township before 3 p.m., when for unknown reasons, he crossed centerlines and exited the roadway near E Brown.
His vehicle then struck a tree and burst into flames.
Flynn was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation, reports Fox17Online.
