DANBURY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Herbert Ruehle of Carmel, NY, has been identified as the victim found dead on Danbury, Connecticut I-84 Thursday.
Ruehle, 63, was found deceased found by a worker in the area of the onramp on I-84 east in Danbury.
CT State Police said there was no evidence of foul play, but did not provide a cause of death.
