SCIOTO COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Christopher Ward, of Lucasville, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a fatal ATV crash Tuesday.
Ward, 51, was operating an ATV around 4:30 p.m. on Big Bear Creek Road, near where he lived, when it crashed fatally injuring him, the Ohio State Highway Patrol says.
Troopers say it appears Ward simply lost control, went off the road and struck a fence, reports WSAZ.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ward was not wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
