TOLEDO, OH. (THECOUNT) — Kyle Nothesis has been identified as the body discovered at a park in Toledo, Ohio Friday morning.
Toledo police say the body of Nothesis, 22, was found in Highland Park in south Toledo Friday.
Police say his body had burns all over it, reports WTOL.
Police are still investigating the incident.
