According to police, the two men became involved in a verbal altercation after a man in an SUV objected to the motorcyclist “taking too long,” to place his order at the drive-thru window.

Officials released a picture of the man in the SUV caught on one of the business’s security cameras, located at 1101 N Valley Mills Dr, in Waco.

Investigators say that after the argument concluded, the man in the SUV followed the motorcycle to the area of 38th and Waco Drive, in Waco, and then proceeded to strike his bike with the SUV.

The rider was injured but no other information on his condition were provided by officials.

Police said the driver of the SUV — whom they refer to as a ‘person of interest’ — then fled the scene, reports DFWCBS.

Police said the person of interest was driving what appears to be a green Ford Explorer with a roof rack and tinted windows.

Officials are asking anyone with information about the case to contact Waco Crime Stoppers at 254-753-4357.
