ODESSA, TX. (THECOUNT) — Arvae Walters has been identified as the suspect arrested as Odessa police investigate an early Tuesday morning murder.
The murder occurred just after 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the the area of Century Avenue & Maple Avenue, in Odessa, TX, near Burnet Elementary School.
Walters, 29, was arrested for the murder of a 33-year-old male whose name was not provided.
The victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene and has not yet been identified, was reportedly stabbed at least once in the left thigh, reports NewsWest9.
The investigation is ongoing.
