OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. (THECOUNT) — Shane Bonitz, of Oklahoma City, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Oklahoma City shooting on Sunday.
Bonitz, 43, was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds around 6 p.m. Sunday after police responded to the area near SW 36th & Western, in Oklahoma City, OK, on calls of a disturbance.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
According to police, 68-year-old Gerald Guinn, of Oklahoma City, and Bonitz were involved in a “heated argument” when Guinn opened fire, striking and killing Bonitz.
