HARTFORD, CT. (THECOUNT) — Jakari Lewis, of Hartford, Connecticut, has been identified as the victim shot dead overnight at Vibz Uptown, a Hartford nightspot.
Lewis, 28, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a triple shooting occurring Sunday at the popular Hartford nightclub.
Two other individuals were injured in the shooting, according to Hartford Police.
Police say the shooting occurred around 1:45 a.m. Sunday as dozens of people exited last call at the nightclub, located at 3155 Main St, in Hartford, CT.
Two other unidentified victims were transported to area hospitals.
A 29-year-old man is in serious condition and a 29-year-old woman is in stable condition, reported WFSB.
The investigation is ongoing.
