“Man Of The Woods” Justin Timberlake Cancels Both Tacoma Concerts Over Weather “Will Not Be Rescheduled”

TACOMA, WA. (THECOUNT) — As it turns out, The Man Of The Woods, is rather sensitive to inclement weather..

Both Sunday and Monday’s Justin Timberlake concerts at the Tacoma Dome have been canceled and Live Nation confirmed that the shows will not be rescheduled.

TacomaDome vai Twitter: “@TacomaDome Unfortunately with the continuation of severe weather conditions in Washington state & given the Governor’s ongoing proclamation of a state of emergency relating to road closures and impacts to the transportation system & infrastructure resulting from the storm state wide.

The Justin Timberlake Man Of The Woods concert performance previously scheduled for this evening is now cancelled.”

Live Nation has also confirmed that they are unfortunately unable to reschedule the Tacoma performances of Feb. 10th and Feb. 11th, reports Q13FOX.

Ticket holders will receive refunds through the point of purchase, according to Tacoma Dome officials.

Concert organizers released the following statement Monday morning:

“Unfortunately with the continuation of severe weather conditions in Washington State and given the Governor’s ongoing proclamation of a state of emergency relating to road closures and impacts to the transportation system and infrastructure resulting from the storm state wide, the Justin Timberlake Man Of The Woods concert performance previously scheduled for this evening is now cancelled.

“Live Nation has also confirmed that they are unfortunately unable to reschedule the Tacoma performances of Feb. 10th and Feb. 11th.

“These dates are now cancelled and ticket holders may obtain a refund at point of purchase.

“Justin Timberlake is sorry that we are unable to reschedule these two shows.”

A state of emergency issued by Gov. Jay Inslee because of wintry weather stretching across the Puget Sound region also forced Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band to reschedule a performance planned for Saturday night at the Tacoma Dome.

“Due to severe weather conditions and public safety concerns, travel is not advised within the City of Tacoma,” according to a press release issued Saturday. “In addition, given the governor’s proclamation of a state of emergency resulting from the storm statewide, travel is not advised for those traveling from outside the city to scheduled events.”
