VERNON, CT. (THECOUNT) — Nashawn Harvey has been identified as the body pulled from Tankerhoosen Lake, in Vernon, Connecticut, Tuesday morning.
Harvey, 43, was reported missing on Sunday after he departed his home to walk his dog only to have the dog return home without him.
He was last seen walking in the area of Phoenix Street and Maple Avenue around 7:45 p.m., reports WFSB.
Dive teams recovered Harvey’s body while searching a lake in Vernon Tuesday morning.
An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
Foul play is not suspected, according to officials.
