HARTFORD COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Joseph Swan has been identified as the victim in a shooting in Manchester, Connecticut, on Monday.
Swan, 45, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in a fatal incident occurring at 158 Eldridge St., in Manchester Monday.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
Police said this is an ongoing investigation and additional information will be released as the investigation continues, reports Fox61.
