SC Woman Ngem Robinson Identified As Monday Spartanburg ‘Homicide’ Victim, Suspect In Custody

Spartanburg, SC. (THECOUNT) — Ngem Robinson of Spartanburg, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim found dead in Spartanburg on Monday.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said Monday that a suspect was taken in custody and there is not an outstanding threat to the public.

The coroner was called in by police Monday morning after Robinson, 36, was found deceased in an apparent homicide, occurring on Greenfield Dr, near N Pinnacle Dr, and Zimmerman Rd, in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

She was pronounced dead at 7:16 a.m. Monday by the Spartanburg County Coroner.

A cause of death was not provided by officials.

The investigation is in its beginning stages. However, deputies said the suspect is in custody and there is not a threat to the public, reports foxcarolina.
