FL Victims In Sunday Double-Fatal North Naples Crash Identified As Teen, 1-Year-old

NAPLES, FL. (THECOUNT) — Jennifer Henao, and Catalea Henao, both of Naples, Florida, have been identified as the victims in a fatal crash in Urban Estates late Sunday afternoon.

Henao, 19, and 1-year-old Catalea, were killed in a four-vehicle crash around 4 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard in North Naples, according to naplesnews.

The victims were passengers in a Kia Forte when it was struck by a pickup truck, driven by 21-year-old Caleb Heineck of Naples.

The Forte’s driver, 22-year-old Marci Quintero of Naples, suffered serious injuries and was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital. Another passenger in the Forte, 1-year-old Lexi Cordova of Naples, was flown to Tampa General Hospital with critical injuries, reports naplesnews.

According to the report, Heineck was traveling east on Immokalee Road approaching Collier Boulevard when he lost control of his truck and struck the rear of the Forte, which was in front of him. Heineck’s vehicle then struck the rear of a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox driven by 33-year-old Ramon Cintron-Velazquez of Naples. The Equinox then sideswiped a 2018 Nissan Rogue driven by 32-year-old Yaimari Sanchez of Naples.

Heineck and 19-year-old Kelsey McMikle of Bonita Springs, a passenger in the GMC, both suffered minor injuries. Cintron-Velazquez also had minor injuries. According to the FHP, no one in the Rogue was injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
