SALINAS, CA. — (THECOUNT) — Roberto Daniel Arroyo has been identified as the California man caught on a home security system repeatedly licking a Salinas family’s doorbell. The odd incident went on for a full three hours, according to a police report.
Arroyo, 33, was caught on a Ring video doorbell molesting an older style doorbell affixed to a stoop at Sylvia Dungan‘s California home – all while he says, his children slept inside.
The cameras also caught Arroyo moving an extension cord to the front yard and relieving himself, reports kdvr.
Police said the surveillance footage of the suspect assisted them in identifying Arroyo.
The Salinas Police Department identified the man as 33-year-old Roberto Daniel Arroyo. The Dungan family said they were not home at the time, but their children were inside the house sleeping. source
“You kind of laugh about it afterwards because, technically, he didn’t harm anybody, he didn’t break anything,” the homeowner said.
It is unclear if a suspect has been apprehended or if any charges have been filed in the bizarre case.
Salinas is the county seat and largest municipality of Monterey County, California. Salinas is an urban area located just outside the southern portion of the Greater Bay Area and 10 miles east-southeast of the mouth of the Salinas River. The population was 157,218 as of 2016, source Wikipedia.

These pervs escalate. If someone had opened the door he might just as well have attacked and raped them. Perhaps even murdered them. This knucklehead's DNA should be collected and checked against the database of other crimes. Maybe he has done other things. Not being caught doesn't make him a harmless idiot.
