HOUSTON, TX. (THECOUNT) — Daniel Trevino has been identified as the suspect on the loose after shooting a deputy and two police officers while they were serving a felony warrant near Houston Texas Tuesday morning.
The injuries are not life-threatening and the officers involved are expected to survive. Sheriff’s Office officials tweeted that all three lawmen are awake and alert.
The suspect, who police identified as Daniel Trevino, has not been apprehended. He was initially thought to have barricaded himself inside a home in northeast Harris County, but police now suspect he may have escaped.
