NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — One person is dead and at least five are injured after a vehicle reportedly struck several pedestrians in Chinatown Monday night, officials said.
First responders arrived to a chaotic scene at Canal St and Forsyth St., shortly before 6:50 p.m., where they found one victim dead on the scene and several others seriously hurt.
