MEMPHIS, TN. (THECOUNT) — Alex Walker has been named as the Infiniti driver accused of striking a woman with the vehicle, killing her in Memphis Saturday morning, according to MPD.
Walker, whose age was not provided, was arrested in the death of a woman after police say he ran her over early Saturday morning on Mt. Moriah Rd. near Clark Rd. at 1:22 a.m.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the collision.
Walker was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide and DUI.
At 1:22 a.m. MPD responded to a Pedestrian crash on Mt. Moriah near Clark Rd. involving an Infiniti. Officers observed a F/B laying in the road.
