BOONE COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Otto Kramer III, 63, of Pickerington Ohio; Vicky Moore, 60, of Auxvasse, Missouri; Cindy Spradlin, 63, of Auxvasse, Missouri; and Jennifer Temple, 44, of Columbia, have been identified as the four victims killed following a Interstate 70 crash in Boone County, MO.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, who released the aforementioned names, confirmed them as the four individuals killed in a crash on I-70 at mile marker 133 on Wednesday near Columbia.

According to the crash report, a tractor-trailer rear ended a stopped vehicle on the interstate, which caused a pile up with five other vehicles, including two other tractor trailers.
