XENIA, OH. (THECOUNT) — Tre’ana Tarver has been identified as the victim found suffering from stab wounds in the 200 block of E. Church Street, in Xenia Ohio Sunday.

Tarver, 19, died following a stabbing in the backyard of a Xenia residence Sunday, according to a Xenia Police Department release.

Tarver was transported Code 3 to an area hospital where she was soon pronounced dead of stab wound consistent with the fatal incident.

Tova Wallace-Lee, 21, was booked into the Greene County Jail for murder with bail set at $200,000.

At approximately 2:31 a.m., units were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Church Street on a fight and found Tre’ana Tarver lying in the backyard suffering from a stab wound to the chest. source

Police are still investigating and will release updates after formal charges have been filed, read the release.
