HAGERSVILLE, ON. CA. (THECOUNT) — A devastating head-on crash in Hagersville has killed Caledonia sports commentator Don Edwards. The crash, which reportedly occurred during a torrential rain storm, also took the life of Edwards’ 18-year-old son, Spencer.
Friends on social media identified Don, 59, and Spencer Edwards, of Caledonia, as the victims in the violent double-fatal crash in Hagersville Wednesday.

“Don was extraordinarily knowledgeable, witty and possessed a wonderful sense of humour. The Cable 14 family is hurting along with them today.”
Don Edwards was pronounced dead at the scene. Spencer was transported to an area hospital where he later passed away.
Now police are looking into the cause of the crash.
