LUBBOCK, TX. (THECOUNT) — One person was rushed to the hospital in serious condition after a suspected stabbing at Lubbock South Plains Mall Sunday evening.
The Lubbock Police Department say they are investigating a reported stabbing of an individual that occurred outside of the South Plains Mall in the mall’s southwest parking lot, just after 6:30 p.m. early Sunday evening.
The incident was reported just after 6:30 p.m. in the mall’s southwest parking lot, between Beall’s and Shoe Department Encore. The Lubbock Police Department told EverythingLubbock.com one person was transported from the scene with serious injuries. source
Police said the incident may have stemmed from an argument.
