BREMOND, TX. (THECOUNT) — Cody Tepera, of Bremond, TX, has been arrested and charged in the shooting death of an unidentified man overnight at a residence.
Tepera, 29, is the suspect in a shooting that occurred in a Bremond neighborhood Monday night and resulted in one man dead.
According to Robertson County Sheriff Gerald Yezak, the shooting happened at a home near S. Anderson and E. Jack St, in Bremond, TX, sometime after 8 p.m., officials say.
Sheriff Yezak says two men and a woman were in a disagreement in the back carport area of the home when shots rang out. When deputies arrived, the male victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead.
Cody Tepera, 29, was booked Monday night on a murder charge without bond. source
The victim’s identity has not been released to the public.
A weapon was recovered at the scene and an investigation into the deadly shooting is ongoing.
