BLOOMINGTON, IN. (THECOUNT) — Indiana University is investigating an underground utility explosion on-campus Friday evening.
The alert was issued around 7 p.m. Friday for a dangerous situation in the area of East 10th and North Walnut Grove streets. This is on the west side of the campus.

An Indiana University spokesperson said Duke Energy is responding to the scene and there will be road closures in the area throughout the evening. The university does not suspect any criminal activity at this time. source
