BURNHAM, IL. (THECOUNT) — Kendall King has been identified as the victim killed in an crash involving a motorcycle and an automobile early Thursday morning.
King, 21, was operating a motorcycle with his son’s mother, when they collided with a another vehicle. King was killed, and two others were seriously injured in the wreck.
The crash happened shortly after midnight Thursday at S Torrence Ave & E 139th St, in Burnham, IL.
King was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the crash.
The Lake County Coroner has identified the victim as 21-year-old Kendall King. King died from his injuries at the hospital. The 23-year-old woman is recovering from a broken leg. A person inside the car was taken to the hospital, but their condition is unknown at this time. source
State police say the investigation is ongoing.
