DEKALB COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Atlanta woman, Laquanda Mosley, has been identified as the suspect arrested over a viral video showing the mother repeatedly dunking the head of a baby underwater.
The 5-month-old girl is expected to make a full recovery after police said her mother recorded herself plunging the baby’s head underwater during an apparent baby daddy revenge video.
Mosley faces aggravated child abuse and other charges after police said she recorded a video of herself holding her baby underwater.
Channel 2’s Tom Jones tracked down the child’s father who said he believes anger drove her actions. source
