KS Body Found Tuesday Near Westloop Place Manhattan Business District Identified

MANHATTAN, KS. (THECOUNT) — David Howe, of Manhattan has been identified as the body found by the Riley Co. Police Department last week in west Manhattan, Kansas.

The body of Howe, 64, was found Tuesday in the 1100 block of Westloop Pl, in Manhattan, KS. A cause of death was not provided.

Official did said that foul play did not appear be a factor in the death without further elaboration.

Investigators identified him as David Howe, of Manhattan. They added the 64-year-old’s death was not suspicious. source

Last Tuesday officials stated that there was no outstanding danger to the public following the grisly discovery.
