Lynchburg Man Keith Eagle ID’d As Ped Hit-And-Run Suspect That Left Man Severely Injured Tuesday

LYNCHBURG, VA. (THECOUNT) — Keith Eagle, of Lynchburg, has been identified as the suspect accused in connection to the hit and run that occurred on Old Forest Road on Tuesday.

According to the Lynchburg Police Department, Eagle, 25, of Lynchburg was arrested Wednesday on a charge of felony hit and run.

Authorities say the man who was hit by the vehicle is in serious condition.

Officers say a man was found lying near the intersection of Hill Street and Old Forest Road just before 7 Tuesday morning. The man, 47, was unresponsive, Police say they believe the man was hit by a vehicle. source
