HOWARD COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Shane Ashpaugh, of Boonville, MO, and 75-year-old Kenneth Huddle, of Keytesville, have been named as the victims in Tuesday Howard County head on crash.
A vehicle carrying Ashpaugh, 17, of Boonville crashed head-on with a 2015 Ford Fusion driven by 75-year-old Huddle of Keytesville.
