IN Man Shot Dead In Vehicle While Seated With Kids ID’d As South Bend Man Antoine Coleman

SOUTH BEND, IN. (THECOUNT) — Antoine Coleman of South Bend, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday shooting.

Coleman, 33, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound Tuesday night. He was reportedly ambushed while seated inside a vehicle with his two children, authorities said.

The shooting occurred at around 8:30 p.m. near Milton St & S St Joseph St, in South Bend, IN.

Coleman was rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead.

Coleman was apparently shot inside a car with his two young children inside, police said. When NewsCenter 16 first arrived, we saw an officer comforting a young girl who couldn’t have been more than the age of two or three. source
