JACKSON, AL. (THECOUNT) — Nathan Johnson and Jake Anderson, have been identified as the Jackson Academy students killed after a vehicle they were traveling in crashed into a tree and caught fire Tuesday.
Reports say, the single-vehicle crash occurred Tuesday just before 4 p.m., after the driver misjudged a curve and exited the roadway, striking a tree.
The vehicle was badly burned which is why the students haven’t been officially identified.
Two people were killed in a terrible crash in Jackson, Alabama. Police have not officially identified the victims, but according to a post by Jackson Academy, the two were students there. source
