LODI, CA. (THECOUNT) — A witness to the fatal shooting at a Lodi, Ca, In-N-Out Burger, has identified the victim as Trever Seabourne.
Seabourne, 19, was named as the victim shot and killed outside the Kettleman Lane fast food eatery Saturday night. Two men were taken in custody a short time later.
Kayla Appling, the woman with Seabourne at the time of the deadly shooting, says her and her friends were playing a game called “Assassins,” in the parking lot of the In-N-Out around 11:45 Saturday night when shots rang out.
“We had gone inside and all you hear is gunshots and everyone starts running inside and everyone is screaming and yelling, and I go outside to look for my sisters because both my sisters were there, and you just see him on the ground,” said Appling. source
Police later said 19-year-old Andres Valdivia fired several shots, striking Seabourne, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
