YELLOWSTONE, WY. (THECOUNT) — Raymond Reinke of Oregon, the man identified as the suspect in a viral video taunting a bison in Yellowstone National Park, has been sentenced to 130 days in jail Thursday after entering a guilty plea to the charges against him.
Raymond Reinke, 55, pleaded guilty to four charges of misconduct in national parks, according to reports. He reportedly reversed his original not guilty plea, resulting in a fifth charge getting dropped.

Reinke was taken in custody after being caught on video moving back and forth near a bison that was attempting to cross the road. Reinke bellows and taunts the bison before it charges him twice. Both times, Reinke barely dodges the huge animal.
A press release obtained by Glacier National Park stated that rangers there arrested Reinke late on Aug. 2, reported NBC. source
The release states that Reinke was on a tour of national parks in the area, and had already been arrested once for being drunk and disorderly at Grand Teton National Park on July 28.
