CALCASIEU PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Vinton, LA, man, Adam Vice, has been identified as the victim killed after a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.
Vice, 22, was traveling on U.S. Highway 90 near Mack Road, in Vinton, just after 2:00 a.m. when the fatal crash occurred.
Investigators say that Adam Vice, 22, was driving a 2014 Honda Accord westbound on U.S. 90 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the centerline, veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree. source
Vice suffered blunt force trauma injuries in the crash.
He was transported to an area hospital and was later pronounced dead.
A crash reported noted that Vinton was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
