COLUMBUS, GA. (THECOUNT) — James Richardson Jr., of Columbus, GA, has been identified as the man found shot and killed Monday night in east Columbus, according to authorities.
Richardson, 37, was killed Monday night in a shooting that occurred at a residence on Hunter Ridge Circle in east Columbus, just before 10:00 p.m. EST.
Homicide investigators on-scene said they found Richardson suffering from gunshot wounds early Tuesday morning.
Richardson Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been announced and no motive in the case was immediately provided by officials.
