MOBILE, AL. (THECOUNT) — Mobile, AL, man, Otis Fralin, has been identified as the victim in a shooting Tuesday night.
Fralin, 21, was found suffering from a fatal gunshot wound Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at approximately 1:04 a.m. after police responded to the 400 block of Booker Street in reference to one shot, according to Mobile Police.
Fralin was pronounced dead at the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found the 21-year-old Otis Fralin deceased on the scene. source
This is an ongoing murder investigation.
