LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Wesley Grant Hutto, of North, SC, has been identified as the man killed while operating a motorcycle on US 321 in West Columbia, Friday.
Hutto, 26, was confirmed by the South Carolina Highway Patrol as the man dead following a collision with a tractor-trailer while traveling northbound on US 321.
The Lexington County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Wesley Grant Hutto, 26, of North, SC. Hutto was operating the motorcycle, traveling northbound, when he collided with a southbound tractor-trailer as it made a left turn, the coroner’s office said. source
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hutto was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured in the collision.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
