On Sunday 06/10/2018, The Corpus Christi Police Department received information that a murder might have occurred at a residence in the 4900 block of Weber Road. Investigators were informed that 28-year-old Yvonne Villanueva was missing and foul play was suspected.
CCPD investigators working with the Nueces County Sheriff Office were able to locate the deceased Yvonne Villanueva on Wednesday 06/13/2018 outside of city limits near Petronila.
A murder warrant has been issued for Trinidad Perez, 06/22/1968. This warrant has a 500,000 dollar bond. He was a known associate of the victim. Mr. Perez is described as a Hispanic male, 5’08”, 220 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
