SOUTH FULTON, Ga. (THECOUNT) — A man found shot outside the ATL mansion of former NFL player, Edward Drummond, has died.
Brandon Quincy Jones, 23, was identified as the victim of a now fatal June 10 shooting that occurred outside the residence of the former Detroit Lions player. The victim’s family said later that he was working as a security guard when the deadly shooting happened.
The home is frequently used for large parties and accompanying rap video shoots. The allegedly party-pad is nicknamed the “NFL Mansion.”
Jones was shot in the stomach outside of the home of Edward Drummond in at 3600 Union Road Southwest, Atlanta, Fulton, GA, around 11 p.m., on June 10.
Drummond is a former wide receiver with the Detroit Lions who is known for having large parties at his home. source
A South Fulton Police Department spokesperson said Jones was shot in the stomach. First responders arrived and transported him code 3 to an area hospital.
He was later pronounced dead.
