HARTSVILLE, SC. (THECOUNT) — Hartsville man, Travis Gaskins, has been named as the victim struck and killed in Darlington County, S.C.
Gaskins, 25, was found laying in the roadway at North Fifth Street and Nicholson Road in Hartsville just before 6:00 AM Saturday.
Darlington County Coroner’s Office is investigating an early morning fatality. Travis Gaskins, 25, of Hartsville was lying in the roadway when he was struck by a car according to Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee. source
