Two North Carolina men have been charged with murder in connection to a Thursday night shooting near Ocean Boulevard that took the life of Myrtle Beach man, Sylvester Bellamy Jr. He was 24.
Terence Isacc Blackwell, 24, and Earl Gaddis, 20, both of Spring Lake, NC, were arrested and charged with Bellamy’s murder, according to a Myrtle Beach Police report.
Both are scheduled to appear in court at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Incident occurred near the annual Carolina Country Music Festival, however, no connection was made to the event.
Gaddis attended Overhills High School and was a Jaguars QB Boys Varsity Football player.
At the time of Blackwell’s arrest, he was wanted along with Ashanti Bellamy McNeill, (pictured above,) in another shooting on May 4, this time in Spring Lake, where he was accused of being the trigger man in a shooting in the 300 block of Ruth Street at an outdoor basketball court across from the Spring Lake Recreation Center, according to a news release the Spring Lake police.
