George Leon Bell, 40, of Anderson, may be facing murder charges, upgraded from attempted murder, after the victim of a South Carolina shooting Tuesday, has now died.
The victim of the now fatal shooting which occurred inside a residence located on Brookhaven Court, was officially pronounced clinically dead at 2 p.m. Friday, three days after the shooting, reported the Anderson County deputy coroner.
Anderson County deputies said they arrested a man wanted for attempted murder. WYFF News 4 is working to learn if these charges will be upgraded now that the victim has passed.
