Draper, VA., woman, Julie Tygart, has been named as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle Pulaski County crash.
Tygart died after early Tuesday morning after being ejected from a vehicle driven by, Samantha Collier, also of Draper.
Deputies said a 2000 Jeep Cherokee ran off the right side of the roadway and hit a tree.
Collier was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At about 5:15 am, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on Wysor Road, near the Graham Road intersection, in the Draper section of the county.source
Tygart was pronounced dead at the scene.
