Magnitude 3.5 Earthquake Rocks Oaktown Oakland CA

A 3.5 earthquake has shaken Oakland on Monday afternoon.

The quake was centered 2 miles east-northeast of Oakland.

The quake had a depth of 9 kilometers (5.59 miles) and hit at around 7:18 p.m.

BART has stopped all trains due to the quake.

Residents from across the Bay Area reported feeling the earthquake.
